Hi Brian, I received the Yamaha XS650 sidecover flashes in good order last Friday. I just got around to installing them tonight. They look excellent! Thank you VERY much. They add the finishing touch to what has been an exhausting restoration. BTW, I had to ream out the holes in the covers, as you explained earlier. Brian, Just a quick note to let you know the badges arrived today 10/31. My compliments on an extraordinarily nice product. I have one good and one not so good one on my bike. I matched yours with my good one and I'm amazed!! These are right on target - certainly not inferior and thankfully not too good to be realistic originals. Again my compliments to the chef! Brian, Well, 2 hours later all emblems installed. I had to oval out the holes on the tank and side covers and they fit perfectly. I used a washer and locking cap for the side covers and I did use the double sided tape for the gas tank. I'll see how they do. But yes Brian, I am extremely happy with your work. I think the gold really helps the bike's lines. I have to bring my digital camera home from work and I'll send you a shot. Thanks again. Great Job!!!!!! Alan
